Advantages and disadvantages of 5 common disposable gloves

1, PE gloves

Material: PE, new material HDPE,LDPE,LLDPE production
Advantages: good quality and low price, wide range of uses
Disadvantages: relatively thin, not suitable for long-term use, suitable for one-time use

2, Nitrile gloves

Material: NBR, a kind of synthetic rubber, mainly composed of butadiene
Advantages: no allergy, degradable, pigment can be added, bright color
Disadvantages: poor elasticity, higher price than latex products

3, PVC gloves

Material: polyvinyl chloride
Advantage: low price, can add pigment, bright color
Disadvantages: high plasticizer (internationally recognized public health enemy), heat volatile harmful gases, non-biodegradable

4, Latex Gloves

Material: Natural latex

Advantages: good elasticity, biodegradable

Disadvantages: natural latex contains proteogen, which may cause allergies in some people. To solve this problem, nitrile butadiene gum (a synthetic gum) can be used to make gloves. Nitrile butadiene gum does not contain proteogen and is not allergic at all.

5, TPE gloves

Thermoplastic Elastomer Disposable TPE Gloves

Material: High polymer material
Advantages: gloves made of TPE actually come with silica gel than no difference, feel is good, but also very comfortable, and the price of TPE is better than silica gel, and TPE wear resistance. Weather resistance is good, long service life, high cost performance, suitable for application in the factory or home, so TPE gloves are very suitable for application in labor insurance supplies, household items, etc.
Disadvantages: TPE gloves are not resistant to temperature. The limit of nitrile butadiene rubber can be used to 120 degrees, and TPE will be softened at this temperature
